Most new construction stucco failures trace back to one of three things: improper weather barrier installation, undersized expansion joints, or insufficient cure time between coats. We do all three correctly. Scratch coat, brown coat, finish coat — with proper cure windows and lath that meets or exceeds ASTM C1063. Inspections pass on the first walk every time.

We coordinate directly with your superintendent, frame schedule, window install, and rough inspections.
